edamame

if you need a quick appetizer, i may be of help.
it's super easy and delish.

you take a bag full of edamame.
blanch them quickly in boiled water if they are frozen.
place on a oven-safe wood board.
sprinkle sea salt, pepper, oregano, herb of provence.
cook at 400 F for 20 minutes.
