jack and i had a little easter egg hunt together before he left for nine days! i had him wait upstairs while i hid the eggs, painted my face like a bunny and then called him down. he insisted on using last year's easter robot basket. being a mom is the best! i filled the eggs with all sorts of candies but most especially my favorites: chewy spree, reeses pieces and cadbury. it lasted longer than i expected since he couldn't find a lot of them. five years of experience does an-egg-hiding-good! this was a fun night for the both of us. we ended it with homemade dinner together and the velveteen rabbit movie. love my little munchkin! hope everyone enjoys their easter!
