this week i was asked to speak to 

the class of 2016 NCL

national charity league.

it was such an honor to speak to these beautiful girls who are leaders in their communities and schools about healthy habits and healthy living.

i focused on the triangle mission statement the YMCA has

mind

body

spirit

"in these bodies we live, in these bodies we will die, where you invest your love, you invest your life." - Mumford and Sons

i made these mason jars that i filled with this quote by an adored author that they were to fill it up with sweet things that happen to them. things throughout the year that makes them grateful and then read it a year from now (around thanksgiving)

it was a good night.

right from that, i had rush over to laguna beach for this radio station

KX 93.5 for an interview i had with the fashion guru 

heather fish 

who designs/owns pearl swimwear

as well as south coast plaza, bcbg, montage estate residents etc.

my life long friend krystal was also there, speaking about skin care.

it was pretty cool to be on the radio for a half an hour to speak about hair.

an exciting night!
