capeners spotlight

so i have this younger sister.

she is incredible.

so my sister elise is pretty fun.  she has an illustrious career as a freelance photographer as i have mentioned before but has many other talents.  she is artistic and creative, so hipster, so original etc...  she also has celiacs disease.  it's so sad.  she said if her husband has an ounce of gluten even on his mouth when they kiss, she gets really sick.  he gets headaches when he has sugar so they are pretty much made for each other.  anyway, her husband is heading out for tour soon with his band called PARLOR HAWK.  his best friend is joshua james who helped him record his most recent album coming out soon called "hoarse and roaring."  they are a pretty well-known band in the utah scene.  i have been to many of drew's shows and it sells out almost every time... screaming fans, people coming up to me telling me how good they are and how lucky i am to be related to the band.  when i went to byu that first year, the venues is where i would spend some time but now music is so popular that there are a lot of venues for them to play.  this one has him play often.

anyway, i thought since some of you read this for new music, i would introduce you to this band.  i think he is doing a west coast tour soon so if he comes to your hood, you should check him out!   elise will probably be taking pictures and hanging out.  super nice people.
