a boost

life is really funny, 'ya know.  

it comes and goes in swells and sets. 

you have to remind yourself who you are while remembering 

that you cannot be given anything you cannot handle.

is it just me or does it seem like everyone is in a state of change? 

or maybe it's choice.  

but it all boils down to making a choice to take a chance or your life will never change...

or something like that.  

one constant theme that keeps repeating through my version of

 life is that in order to accomplish anything, you must be strong, 

stubborn-lessly flexible, love yourself and always love others.  

going forward with faith is such a simple phrase but

 one life likes test you on in different nooks

 and cracks of our narrow-view of reality. 

i love words of courage and strength.

they help us achieve freedom from our weaknesses 

and assist us when we need a boost.
